About Us

We’ve got first-hand experience in the industry, having started our careers in creative agencies. We’ve also built up our own exclusive and extensive network of talent and relationships from over 20 years in the industry. Over these years, we’ve worked in partnership with a huge variety of clients, from tech start-ups and boutique agencies to global networks and big-name brands.

Whether you’re a client or a candidate, we’ll take a personal approach from the start, getting to know you, your story, your priorities, your motivation and your vision for the future. We built our business around our lives, giving us the time and energy to focus on family as much as our careers. Meet Jo

“Before setting up on my own in 2016, I spent six years leading the creative team at the UK’s largest creative recruiter. That was after spending ten years working in client servicing in various agencies. Experiencing both sides of the fence has given me a real wide-ranging view of the industry. Thanks to the breadth and depth of companies I’ve worked with, I have a knack of understanding the subtle differences in company cultures and what makes businesses, and the people in them, really tick.

As a parent of two young children, I’m also mindful of how a new role needs to fit not just into people’s professional aspirations, but also into their lives holistically.
